Batik Painting Workshop(Student's Group English Itinerary)

Malaysia Kampong Culture Village provides opportunities for town boys and girls to widen their horizon regarding the various aspect of living style in the village. Children who visited Malaysia Culture Village will definitely be fascinated by the very many interesting activities carried out by our village folks. Children will be given opportunities to personally involved or taking part in the various educational activities, thus for sure your children will be benefited by joining this interesting educational tour.

Kampong Tour Activities

Introduction of Local flourish plants and trees.

Traditional craft-making in Malaysia - Batik.

Children are allowed to show their talent on batik painting.

Their master piece can then be taken home as souvenir.

Traditional Malay

Musical Instrument and Dances.

Children are encouraged to participate in the

music and dance performance.

The Process of Pewter Moulding Demonstration.

Understand the process of Pewter wares making.

Rubber Tapping Demonstration.

Children will learn how to tap rubber tree and

feel the touch of raw rubber - latex.

Coconut Husking Demonstration.

Learn the traditional method of husking a coconut

and extraction of coconut milk.

Some coconut products also will be revealed at here.

Fresh Cocoa Fruit Tasting.

Tasting of fresh Cocoa Fruit directly plucked from the cocoa tree and savour cocoa drink .

Tea & Coffee Refreshments.

Activities area and Refreshment Coffee & Tea will be provided.

                JB Guide will end service at Malaysia’s JB Custom
                via Woodlands Causeway and for Non Singaporean Tour
                Group will be taken over by Singapore Tour Guide
                at Singapore’s Custom.

Note : The above itinerary is for reference only, timing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, especially traffic conditions around JB and the Causeway. Royal Abu Barker Museum will be closed on every Friday, Sunday and Public Holidays. In the event of Museum closure tour group will still be visiting the exterior grounds of the premise for phototaking and sightseeing.

马来西亚甘榜文化村位于 Kg Mohd Amin - 新山柔佛州,占地面积 2 英亩, 可容纳 200 名团员参观。 在这里可以让城市的小朋友们增广见闻、大开眼界！亲身体验和见识生动的马来西亚甘榜生活。 书本知识与实际生活并驰，使小朋友们在趣味中学习，效果将事半功倍!

参观活动：
~ 马来传统的乐器演凑与舞蹈表演。
※你也能随着音乐一起参与。














~ 马来西亚传统的手工蜡染。
※小朋友们可以大显身手蜡染彩色功夫。
（完成后的作品，可当手信带回家。）














~ 目睹甘榜式的剥椰皮方法。
※如何取出椰浆和展示用椰子的制成品及过程。
